Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our team at Rainbow International. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restore properties to their pre-loss condition through efficient and effective water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up processes.
  • Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure timely delivery of services, meeting the needs of our customers and exceeding their expectations.
  • Respond to water jobs, initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards, and communicate with customers about scope of work and necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, ensuring they are clean, properly maintained, and available for use at all times.
  • Resolve customer issues, communicate with supervisor and key company staff, and retrieve work orders to ensure efficient job execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of restoration experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of work processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WTR) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) are preferred.
