About the Position

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a skilled and dedicated piano instructor to join our team at The Music Connection, our Orland Park, IL location. We are looking for a teacher who can provide high-quality instruction to students of various skill levels, with a preference for those who can teach intermediate to advanced students.

As a piano instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a supportive and nurturing environment, helping them to develop their musical skills and achieve their goals. We value teachers who are passionate about music education and are committed to providing excellent instruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach piano lessons to students of various skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
  • Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive and productive learning experience

Requirements:

  • Strong music background, with a degree in piano performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience
  • Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians
  • Robust appreciation for punctuality and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a routine background check
