Job Summary:
">We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals in San Francisco, CA. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based treatments and support.
Responsibilities:
">- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working collaboratively to set goals and create treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure seamless care coordination and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
">- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a private practice environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $156,800, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
