Chief Program Officer

Boyer Children's Clinic is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Chief Program Officer. The CPO will partner with the Executive Director to lead the Program Department, overseeing the delivery of medical, therapy, special education, and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays and their families.
The CPO will foster a work environment that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. Key responsibilities include:
- Directing the delivery of programs in accordance with Boyer's goals and objectives
- Overseeing and developing administrative program procedures
- Fostering collaboration and partnership across program departments
- Managing the program staff and creating a safe environment for employees to share ideas and address conflict
- Identifying and researching opportunities for new programs and leading internal research
- Participating in the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and programs
