Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and materials testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure the highest level of quality in our construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of quality control activities and results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction inspection, quality assurance, and quality control.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math, calculator, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to read plans and specifications.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make discriminations in sound.
  • Ability to kneel and squat occasionally.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb occasionally.
