Position Summary:
The Journeyman Electrician will work closely under the guidance of a Master Electrician, assisting in the installation of oil field systems aimed at reducing flaring and powering bitcoin mining operations. Responsibilities include supporting daily tasks from project initiation to site cleanup.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze technical documents, blueprints, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to perform necessary installations, maintenance, and service.
  • Conduct electrical installations of equipment in various field locations.
  • Utilize a range of tools and techniques for the repair and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Apply expertise to determine optimal methods for installing new electrical systems.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations during work activities.
  • Continuously seek to standardize practices and methods for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a field Electrician.
  • Possession of a valid state Journeyman License.
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
  • Possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
  • Reliable transportation for travel as needed.

Compensation Information:
The compensation for this role ranges from $43 to $50 per hour, including Restricted Stock Units. The hourly rate will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with internal pay structures and market data.
