Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant position is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and cart rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or guest property to the front desk and/or manager on duty
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager, including associate breakrooms, guest laundry, fitness rooms, and common areas
• Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures

• No prior experience or training necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts and cleaning equipment
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including outside weather conditions and wet/humid conditions
