LUZCO Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Line Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing overhead distribution line projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop overhead distribution line projects using PLS-CADD software.
  • Perform field surveys to evaluate structure strengths and ensure compliance with NESC and client requirements.
  • Prepare construction packages and respond to construction inquiries.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and delegate work to team members.
  • Design independently and lead projects with minimal oversight.
  • Travel up to 25% for project-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing overhead transmission power lines with PLS-CADD.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid vehicle driver's license for multi-state travel.
  • Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD a plus.
