We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinic Lead in our Acute Care department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading clinical staff, and developing strategies to manage complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, including LPNs and MAs
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to manage complex medical needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and serve as a clinical resource
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in Montana
- Current Healthcare Professional BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Immunizations or proof of immunity to certain infectious diseases and a TB test
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
You will work closely with our medical care teams, hospital case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Working knowledge of chronic disease self-management strategies and nursing practices related to acute and chronic complex medical conditions
- Working knowledge of Healthcare Professional Basic Life Support (BLS) guidelines
- Ability to coordinate complex medical care plans consistent with the chronic disease self-management model
- Ability to lead staff in continuous efforts to improve quality, productivity, and effectiveness
