This position requires a comprehensive evaluation of not only financial costs but also project duration, scope, and potential profitability.
Compensation: Salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process from initial planning to project completion.
- Ensure operations adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and Safety Policy standards.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels regarding project tasks, timelines, and deadlines.
- Address and resolve issues as they arise, engaging stakeholders for decision-making as necessary.
- Conduct thorough onsite inspections of project locations.
- Monitor and report on operational activities, including staffing and budget forecasts.
- Understand and communicate the scope of each project to field personnel prior to commencement.
- Supervise superintendents and foremen to achieve production and quality targets.
- Manage daily schedules for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Adhere to the terms and conditions of the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish and communicate safety measures to field personnel before each project begins.
- Inspect each site prior to mobilization to ensure all preliminary work is completed.
- Optimize operations to minimize trips to suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of roofing construction operations and business principles.
- Associate degree or trade school certification required; Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the roofing industry is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management capacity is required.
- OSHA 10 certification is mandatory; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to interpret take-offs and estimates accurately.
- Familiarity with Loss Control guidelines, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Understanding of the terms and conditions of the relevant Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Capability to manage the complexities of multi-company arrangements.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with peers, clients, and contractors.
