Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement training initiatives
* Assess employee training needs and develop customized learning plans
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in salesforce training and development
* Proven track record of success in training and development
* Strong background in salesforce, including administration, configuration, and customization
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
