Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Trinity Healthcare LLC. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and food storage.
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safe food handling practices.
• Wash dishes and utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.

• Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
