Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A base salary of $45,000 per year
  • A shift differential pay of $2 per hour for evening shifts and $3 per hour for night shifts
  • Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment Program up to $5,250 per year

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Edenbrook of Fond Du Lac. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our guests, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualized attention to each guest, promoting their ability to maintain or attain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
  2. Care for guests' activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  3. Attend to individual needs of all guests, including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs
  4. Document care provided and other information in accordance with nursing policies, maintaining strict confidentiality
  5. Report hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, and supply issues to supervisors
  6. Communicate and interact effectively with guests, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors

Requirements

  • Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin
  • Experienced in long-term care
  • Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
  • Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
