Branch Banker

PNC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Banker to join our Retail organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.

• Identify and engage potential customers to drive sales conversations and elevate client loyalty.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

• 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple objectives and activities.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
