Holiday Inn Express American Fork is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Full-Time Room Attendant.

A Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet corporate and brand standards
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
