Job Overview

Bearon Manufacturing is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to enhance our 3rd shift operations in a controlled environment. This position offers a 12.5% shift premium for night shifts. The selected candidate will be trained to operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) mills and lathes, producing high-precision metal components while ensuring compliance with drawing specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify machining challenges and implement necessary adjustments. While a background in machining is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, along with a preference for candidates with three years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire skills to operate CNC machinery
