Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
