Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food products according to IHOP standards and recipes.
  • Set up and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to company sanitation standards.
  • Verify stock levels and manage inventory to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
  • Perform duties necessary for restaurant operations, as assigned by acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.
  • Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
  • Must know and follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Must demonstrate teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with kitchen team members.
  • Must be able to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
