Position Overview:
The Audiology Trainee role is a compensated training opportunity designed to equip you with the necessary skills for licensure in your state.

You will collaborate closely with clinical professionals to ensure that patients receive exceptional care and service. By partnering with on-site healthcare experts, you will support patients effectively. Our team conducts thorough assessments for individuals experiencing potential hearing loss.

As a trainee, you will learn to interpret test results alongside the patient's lifestyle to provide tailored recommendations for hearing loss management.

We guide patients in utilizing new technologies to achieve their hearing objectives and conduct follow-ups to ensure their success in their hearing journey.

Responsibilities Include:
- Performing hearing aid maintenance, checks, and cleaning.
- Engaging with the community through marketing initiatives and outreach programs.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree preferred.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience or knowledge of hearing aids is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with patients, healthcare providers, and clinical staff.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
