We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive clinical services to patients enrolled in our MAT program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical and support services, including injections, lab coordination, and pharmacy coordination.
- Teach wellness classes and take vital signs.
- Coordinate with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate medical care for MAT program participants.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
