Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in the comfort of their homes.
Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of patients.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Compensation: $28 - $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and modify care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Utilize therapeutic and preventive nursing actions in accordance with patient diagnoses
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, documenting their effectiveness
- Review care plans and identify educational needs for patients and families
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the relevant state
- Current Health Certificate as per facility requirements
- Updated PPD or Chest X-Ray documentation
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
