Job Summary

The Direct Support Professional will work closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting their autonomy, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with individuals and their support teams.

Requirements
  • Valid NYS Driver's license or ability to convert an out-of-state license within 90 days.
  • Ability to be certified in required trainings.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional written, communication, and basic computer skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED (now called TASC) - preferred.
