Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the UiPath RPA Program, the Solutions Architect will play a critical role in driving automation initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold best practices for automation design and development, ensuring a robust pipeline of automation projects.
  • Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Facilitate discussions and presentations, working closely with technical and business teams to share insights and improve automation processes.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments to guide effective automation planning.
  • Oversee the requirements for automation and lead the comprehensive solution development across multiple technology platforms.
  • Design the technical architecture for processes prior to automation, ensuring optimal pathways are established.
  • Collaborate with complex information systems, analyzing business needs to develop or modify existing systems.
  • Build strong partnerships across departments to identify business needs and propose solutions that deliver value.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current technical and business solutions, implementing automations to enhance performance.
  • Document automation designs, including technical specifications and diagrams illustrating current and future states.
  • Regularly review and refine code to boost the performance and maintainability of production automations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT systems or architectures, with a focus on developing and designing automation execution strategies.
  • Proven experience leading functional testing teams, ideally within banking or financial services sectors.
  • Familiarity with Financial Services, particularly in Commercial, Consumer, or Digital Banking.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional, enterprise-wide delivery initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • UiPath Certification (Solution Architect) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in business tools and applications, including MS Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Copado, and Jira.
