Job Summary

This role is crucial to the success of our retail stores. As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and resolve any concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining high product quality and visual standards, meeting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
  • Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
