We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Access Coordinator to join our team at CCRM Fertility. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Registration: Welcome patients upon arrival, create a positive atmosphere, and ensure a smooth registration process.
- Administrative Support: Provide front office administrative support, including answering phones, collecting patient information, and completing medical record requests.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule or reschedule patient appointments, identify no-shows, and communicate schedule changes in a timely manner.
- Confidentiality and Security: Protect patient confidentiality and maintain the security of medical records.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward as needed, ensuring prompt communication with patients and staff.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in a medical or reproductive medicine setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Athena or similar software.
