Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary of $16 per hour, along with benefits and industry-leading commission opportunities. Additionally, you will receive complimentary club membership, perks, and incentives with our products and services.
About the Role
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within our facilities. Your duties will include cleaning and laundry services, ensuring athletic equipment is serviced, and receiving and storing deliveries. You will also assist with special events and notify the Housekeeping Manager when any rooms or equipment require attention.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment. Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred, as well as the ability to service athletic equipment using cleaning products and hand tools. Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities are essential. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is preferred.
