Job Summary:
The High-Voltage Specialist Lead will lead a team of electricians and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage electrical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor high-voltage electrical technicians and electricians
• Design and develop high-voltage electrical systems and circuits
• Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate high-voltage electrical installations
• Develop and implement training programs for high-voltage electrical personnel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in high-voltage electrical systems or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
