Key Responsibilities- Provide first response to incoming calls and tickets, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
- Respond to assigned tickets and requests within business-defined Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to established incident management processes and procedures.
- Utilize SCCM to deploy images and software packages to end users.
- Create documentation of existing and new technologies to ensure a highly satisfactory end-user experience.
- Work in AD to maintain and administer user accounts and security groups.
- Experience with mobile device management, including iPhone and Windows mobile devices.
- Configure and deploy Cisco VoIP phones.
- Available for second shift, after-hours, or weekend support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and/or related job experience.
- Four+ years of desktop support experience.
- Enterprise-level experience in Windows 11, Office 365, and Office 2016.
- Past experience with AV and security software products.
- Past experience with Active Directory, Power Shell, and end-user administration and support.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 11, and Office 2016, Office 365.
- Works ethically and with integrity, supporting organizational goals and values.
- Displays commitment to excellence.
- Completes work in a timely manner and meets deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Meets productivity standards and achieves key outcomes.
- Maintains confidentiality of information and uses information appropriately.
- Experience with remote desktop management.
- A solid understanding of basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, cabling, and other network fundamentals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Energetic, highly self-motivated, and able to work effectively with team members.
