Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Lead to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our communities, ensuring a healthy and safe environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Schedule and manage general cleaning activities, including move-ins and move-outs.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints related to service and equipment.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair services, including painting, repairs, and renovations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of housekeeping associates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws related to OSHA and other industry standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • At least six months to one year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Experience working in a senior living environment preferred.
