We are seeking a passionate and experienced Center Director to lead our clinical and operational services at our New North Shore center. About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of BCBAs, behavior technicians, and RBTs to provide high-quality ABA-based services to children and families. This will involve supporting recruitment and training efforts, collaborating with our administrative and operational support team, and establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of clinicians to provide ABA-based services to children and familiesSupport recruitment and training efforts for clinicians in the local marketCollaborate with our administrative and operational support team to maximize client outcomesMonitor all clinical and operational componentsEstablish and maintain relationships with referral sourcesHave immediate access to business and clinical analytics to ensure successSuccessfully implement OBM tools to continue center maintenance effectively and efficientlyRequirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification and have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. You should also have a strong commitment and passion for working with children and families affected by ASD.
Benefits:
