As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients by delivering comprehensive nursing services. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:- Maintaining meticulous and accurate patient health records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients, closely monitoring them for any side effects or reactions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Recording vital signs and other essential medical information pertaining to patients.
- Ordering and interpreting the results of medical diagnostic tests.
- Proactively identifying and reporting any changes in patient conditions or symptoms.
- Providing compassionate and supportive care to patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse and have successfully passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
- Possess strong computer skills for electronic health record documentation and other clinical applications.
