Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide routine visits and assessments to determine patient needs and create personalized care plans.
- Implement and monitor therapy programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to enhance therapy outcomes and promote long-term well-being.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
- A reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
- Competitive per-visit pay rate ($60 - $85 per visit/case).
- Flexible scheduling.
