**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Substance Abuse Counselor Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health, with experience working with diverse populations and providing evidence-based treatment interventions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to promote client engagement and motivation
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating the latest research and best practices in addiction treatment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and aftercare planning

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Science or related field; LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience working with substance abuse populations, preferably in an outpatient or residential setting
  • Authorization to work within the United States also necessary

**Salary:** $58,350 - $76,480 per year, based on experience and qualifications
