Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification within 6 months of start date
  • ACLS, PALS, and Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCM) certifications within 12 months of start date
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
