- Review records and reports to determine reasons for discrepancies and recommend remedial actions.
- Coordinate with Distribution and Warehouse teams to identify opportunities for quality, service, and profitability improvements.
- Prioritize problem areas within Distribution and Warehouse operations through communication and observation.
- Coordinate with other department managers to create awareness and ensure alignment with process improvements.
- Determine and recommend enhancements for systems and tools to meet cost and service goals.
- Develop and manage work breakdown structures and project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and progress.
- Ensure the development and implementation of productivity indicators, such as dashboards, monitors, and reports.
- Monitor the efficiency of existing tools and systems, evaluating results to identify potential discrepancies.
- Work with District Business Operations and IS to ensure proper development and automation, aligning with core systems.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager, Business Operations, to implement processes and systems, building consistency across districts and globally.
- Introduce new processes to operations, pursuing relentless efficiency.
- Receive and roll out new operating systems and related tools, providing meaningful feedback.
- Review records and reports for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Work with Distribution Manager to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, assisting in OPA's and CAPAS.
- Develop optimum efficient processes without sacrificing compliance, oversight, or controls.
- Develop and/or update procedures to ensure efficient operation and utilization of office equipment.
- Escalate necessary issues to District or Branch Manager.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, and/or IS, including experience successfully leading teamwork projects, efficiency tools development, and/or operational process enhancements.
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
