    • Prioritize problem areas within Distribution and Warehouse operations through communication and observation.
    • Coordinate with other department managers to create awareness and ensure alignment with process improvements.
    • Determine and recommend enhancements for systems and tools to meet cost and service goals.
    • Develop and manage work breakdown structures and project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and progress.
    • Ensure the development and implementation of productivity indicators, such as dashboards, monitors, and reports.
    • Monitor the efficiency of existing tools and systems, evaluating results to identify potential discrepancies.
    • Work with District Business Operations and IS to ensure proper development and automation, aligning with core systems.
    • Collaborate with Regional Manager, Business Operations, to implement processes and systems, building consistency across districts and globally.
    • Introduce new processes to operations, pursuing relentless efficiency.
    • Receive and roll out new operating systems and related tools, providing meaningful feedback.
    • Review records and reports for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
    • Work with Distribution Manager to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, assisting in OPA's and CAPAS.
    • Develop optimum efficient processes without sacrificing compliance, oversight, or controls.
    • Develop and/or update procedures to ensure efficient operation and utilization of office equipment.
    • Escalate necessary issues to District or Branch Manager.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, and/or IS, including experience successfully leading teamwork projects, efficiency tools development, and/or operational process enhancements.
    • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
