Job Details
This full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is available on our Memory Care wing, working evenings (3-11p). The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Salary and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.22 to $25.76, with an additional $3.00 shift differential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive wages, employer-contributed medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and access to a 403(b) plan with employer match.
Responsibilities
As a CNA on our Memory Care wing, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing care plans and providing care accordingly.
- Identifying and honoring resident choices in activities of daily living while ensuring their safety.
- Communicating effectively with care staff at all levels to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be actively registered and in good standing on the Maine CNA registry.
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues, staff, supervisors, residents, and their families.
- Exercise discretion and good judgment in executing job duties, including identifying confidential matters and maintaining confidentiality.
- Show the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
