The Position

We are seeking an Entry Level Associate Attorney who is admitted (or pending admission) in New York to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to provide high-quality work that meets our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and file relevant pleadings, including summons and complaints.
  • Position may require travel to local state courts for settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions/hearings.
  • Appear on settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions/hearings.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be admitted (or pending admission) in New York.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and research skills are essential.
  • Prior lender-side default services experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, and we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, fitness reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with a match. The salary for this position is $60,000 pre-admission and $65,000 post-admission.
