Job Title: Junior Mitigation Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mitigation Technician to join our team at 911 Restoration Of R & J Snyder LLC. As a Junior Mitigation Technician, you will play a critical role in responding to and performing activities in support of emergency mitigation services.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to service calls for water, fire, and mold damage at the direction of management.
* Perform sanitization cleaning services per the IICRC Industry Standards.
* Assist Lead Technicians with necessary tasks to complete services required to mitigate, remediate, or restore customer property, including demolition work, working with or without other technicians, and with machinery and tools as required and available.
* Clean up and remove all debris, trash, and hazardous materials from projects/job sites.
* Unload tools and equipment from trucks and load trash into vehicles and dumpsters to be hauled away.
* Adhere to Company Health and Safety Policies and maintain personal and workplace safety.
* Assist Lead Technicians with completing necessary paperwork and other supporting information to document performance of services.
* May be required to communicate with third-party representatives in support of the project.
* Assist Lead Technicians at appointments to ensure the project is on schedule for completion.

Requirements:

* High School education or equivalent (i.e., GED, etc.) a minimum.
* Valid Driver's license with a copy of current driving history issued by DMV.
* Team Player attitude; can receive and follow directions from lead and management.
* Good customer service skills.
* Strong communications skills both written and oral.
* Deadline-oriented and pays attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

* Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs, requires occasional climbing, crawling, balancing, squatting, etc.
* Occasionally subject to tight confined spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, closets, etc.).

Expectations:

* Job Type: Full-time.
* Office Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F. Technician with rotating schedules as needed after hours.
* Specific Uniform Dress required: TBD.
