Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and friendly Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit great hospitality and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely manner.
  • Package to-go and catering orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist guests with allergy and dietary restrictions by answering questions about our menu and making appropriate suggestions.
  • Maintain a stocked, clean, and welcoming dining room, following all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

  • You love healthy foods and have a desire to serve guests while enjoying being part of a team.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, loud environment and can stand for long periods.
  • You have no problem bending, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • You speak, read, write, and understand English and are available to work on holidays and/or weekends.
