Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management, or relevant field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or continuous improvement.
    • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Skills
    • Strong skills in production analytics and reporting.
    • Have a strong understanding of inventory management, production planning & scheduling.
    • Have a deep understanding and/or education around different flow management techniques especially within low-volume/high-mix business.
    • Have a working understanding of quality management systems such as ISO9001.
    • Have a working understanding of health and safety best practice.
