About the Role
As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. You'll work alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment that's guided by diversity and inclusion while driving towards the Quadruple Aim.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide float coverage across our 9 pediatric locations in Central and MetroWest, MA.
- Work autonomously with 3-5 years of outpatient practice experience in a pediatric setting.
- Float between our 9 pediatric locations in Auburn, Framingham, Holden, Leominster, Milford, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Westborough, and Worcester – Neponset Street.

Required Qualifications
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP), or Physician Assistant.
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Active DEA License.
