Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with standards of care.
- Follow up with patients and monitor their care using available data and chart reviews.
- Assist in coordinating patient services, including specialty referrals and hospital coordination.
- Act as an active participant and key source of medical expertise with the care team.
- Complete all medical record documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted medical license.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill in interpersonal relationships and communications.
- Ability to learn and adapt to value-based care settings.
