About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Senior Care Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to our geriatric patients in a variety of settings, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct initial assessments, follow-up sessions, and provide documentation of patient progress.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in geriatric psychotherapy.
- Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state where you will be practicing.
- Experience working with geriatric patients and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
