About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring timely delivery.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing Project Plans: You will develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Leading a Team: You will provide guidance and support to project team members, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Risk Management: You will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and senior management.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
