This role demands a seasoned professional contributing to various stages of the consulting process. You will be deeply engaged in business process analysis; identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and crafting effective implementations. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the design, configuration, and rollout of comprehensive solutions. Your guidance will be essential for project teams regarding processes, deliverables, and you will contribute to proposal development, client education, and internal skill enhancement while helping to define project scopes. This position offers the chance to create impactful consulting solutions that empower our clients to adapt to the evolving global market.
Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
- A minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology is required.
- This position may necessitate travel and/or relocation to client locations.
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in comprehensive supply chain planning and 7 years in SAP IBP.
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of IBP for Supply.
- Proficient in IBP configuration and support.
- Experience with S4-IBP integration for Master Data and Transaction Data.
- A thorough understanding of the IBP Supply planning process, including heuristic and optimizer methodologies, is essential.
- Willingness to work outside of regular hours or on weekends, if necessary.
- Previous experience in supporting APO Supply planning and integration is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with offshore teams for production support, including job monitoring and issue resolution.
- Experience in CI-DS troubleshooting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, a quick learning attitude, and a commitment to excellence are vital.
- Exceptional communication skills are required.
- Integration experience with Demand, Inventory, and Replenishment Planning is a plus.
- Experience in end-to-end Forecast to Schedule design and development, including integration with other functional areas like MTD/OTC.
- Proficiency in experimentation and self-directed learning.
- Familiarity with integration from and to legacy systems to SAP S4 and IBP systems is beneficial.
The role involves both sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication through various means is necessary. Travel may be required based on job demands.
