Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team in Outpatient Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Independently assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
