Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse at Trilogy Health Services, you will create a warm and friendly environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission through discharge. You will be the advocate for our residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their needs every day.
Develop Personalized Care Plans
Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise, taking into account their unique needs and preferences. This may involve working with or without a physician present, and you will have the confidence to act in the best interest of your residents.
Medication Management
Handle medication for your residents and maintain meticulous records of every aspect of the care you administer. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality care will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
Travel Opportunities
As a Registered Nurse at Trilogy Health Services, you may have opportunities to travel for work assignments up to two hours from your home address, or across our company's footprint. You will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and schedules, including 12-hour blocks with overnight stays. Mileage and meal reimbursement will be provided for eligible travel assignments.
