  3. Fulfill the diocese's requirements for religious education within five years of starting employment and engage in ongoing training as mandated.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of child development and the capability to effectively instruct the assigned subjects.
  5. Proficient in using personal computers, technological devices, and relevant software, including Microsoft Office365 and Teams/Classroom Notebook.
  6. Exhibit a professional demeanor and appropriate attire consistently.
  7. Be enthusiastic, dedicated, collaborative, nurturing, patient, communicative, and supportive of all students.
  8. Complete a Level II Background Screening successfully.
