- Current LPN licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient situations and develop effective solutions.
- STABLE course completion certification.
- K2 Maternity Crisis Modules certification.
- Basic Fetal Monitoring certification.
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or K2 Fetal Monitoring module completion.
