Role Overview:
As a Principal Client Solutions Strategist, you will take the lead in identifying, cultivating, and securing new client relationships for BairesDev, primarily targeting opportunities outside of inbound leads. This position is fundamentally a Hunter role.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with mid-sized to enterprise-level clients across various sectors, focusing primarily on the Consumer (Retail, Logistics, and Distribution) industries.
Initiate and nurture business connections that lead to engagement opportunities.
Articulate BairesDev's distinctive value proposition, tailored to the specific needs of senior executives at potential client organizations.
Develop and sustain strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients.
Project Oversight:
Define project scopes, shape client engagements, and assist in crafting business solutions that meet client requirements and achieve their desired outcomes.
Plan, execute, and oversee lead generation, sales initiatives, and pipelines to achieve annual revenue objectives and business goals.
Coordinate resources and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the intricate sales process.
Recognize and assist in managing key risks through strategic planning and actionable measures.
Qualifications:
A sales professional with a passion for technology solutions, possessing:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in selling professional IT or software services.
- Strong expertise in technology consulting and services, particularly in acquiring new clients.
- Proven track record in sourcing, nurturing, and closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise accounts.
- In-depth understanding of the industry landscape, including key players, strategies, client structures, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.
- A strategic, creative, and analytical approach to sales, with a focus on initiating and developing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of widely-used software systems and data within the industry.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Native English speaker or fully bilingual (English).
